3. Gameplay Analytics
Gameplay information may be analyzed to understand things such as game length, common strategies, game balance, player decisions, crashes, disconnects, feature usage, progression, matchmaking performance, bugs, exploits, and potential cheating.
Analysis may occur at an individual account level where reasonably necessary for support, testing, security, anti-cheat, or troubleshooting. Where practical, information may also be aggregated or de-identified for statistical analysis.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Coronka may use cookies, browser local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain game sessions, remember settings, provide security, prevent abuse, maintain site functionality, and diagnose technical issues.
Coronka does not currently use personal information for third-party targeted advertising. If these practices change, this Policy may be updated and additional consent may be obtained where required by applicable law.
5. Service Providers
Coronka may use third-party service providers to help operate the Service, assisting with hosting, cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, error reporting, artificial intelligence tools, and other technical services.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Coronka. Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live, and may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed.
6. Artificial Intelligence Services
Artificial intelligence tools may be used during development or operation of Coronka for purposes such as software development, debugging, testing, artwork, content development, and other development-related tasks.
Coronka does not intentionally provide users' private personal information to public AI tools for unrelated purposes. Where an AI-related service processes personal information as part of operating Coronka, that processing may also be subject to the provider's privacy practices.
7. Sharing of Personal Information
Coronka does not sell personal information. Personal information may be shared:

8. Email Communications
We may use your email address to send messages necessary to operate your account or the Service, including account verification, authentication messages, password resets, security alerts, responses to support requests, and important Service notices.
Promotional or marketing emails will be handled separately where required by applicable law. Where required, promotional messages will include an unsubscribe option.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information — for example, account information may be retained while an account remains active, gameplay information while it is useful for operating or developing Coronka, and technical and security logs for troubleshooting and security purposes.
Because Coronka is a playtest, gameplay records may sometimes be reset or deleted. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
10. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Coronka account by contacting contact@coronka.com. Deleting your account may permanently remove saved games, match history, rankings, ratings, statistics, settings, progress, and other account-related information.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backups. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, prevention of repeated abuse, legal compliance, enforcement of serious account restrictions, or other lawful purposes.
11. Access and Correction
You may contact contact@coronka.com to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Applicable law may permit or require us to withhold certain information in limited circumstances.
12. Consent
Where consent is required, Coronka seeks to provide understandable information about what personal information is collected, why, how it will be used, and who it may be shared with. You may be able to withdraw consent to certain optional uses, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawing consent may mean certain Coronka features can no longer be provided to you.
13. Security
Coronka uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the Service, which may include encrypted network connections, authentication, access controls, restricted administrative access, database protections, security logging, infrastructure security, software updates, and remediation of known vulnerabilities.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or personal information has been compromised, contact contact@coronka.com.
14. Security Incidents
If a security incident involving personal information occurs, Coronka will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable law. Where legally required, this may include notifying affected users or applicable authorities.
15. Children's Privacy
Coronka is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly intend to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Coronka, contact contact@coronka.com. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in circumstances where appropriate consent was legally required and was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to address that information.
16. International Users
Coronka may be accessible from multiple countries, and information may be processed in jurisdictions where Coronka's technology and service providers operate. Privacy rights and laws may vary by jurisdiction. Where applicable law gives a user additional mandatory privacy rights, Coronka will seek to comply with those requirements.
17. Automated Systems
Coronka may use automated processes for ordinary game and Service functions such as matchmaking, ranking calculations, gameplay calculations, technical monitoring, abuse detection, anti-cheat signals, and security analysis. Coronka does not currently use personal information to make solely automated decisions intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning users.

Coronka may in the future be transferred to or operated through a company or another owner. If Coronka or substantially all associated assets are acquired, reorganized, incorporated, financed, merged, or sold, information associated with the Service may form part of that transaction where permitted by applicable law. Any recipient would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.
19. Third-Party Websites and Services
Coronka may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services that have their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern information independently collected by those third parties under their own policies.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Coronka changes. The “Last Updated” date at the top will be changed when updates are made. For significant changes, additional notice may be provided where appropriate or required by law.
